Executive Producer
Juliette Woehrle serves as the Executive Producer of Rambler Sports Locker (RSL) at Loyola University Chicago, where she helps lead the student sports broadcast as it continues to expand its reach and build a national audience.
While Multimedia Journalism is her current pursuit, this is not her first degree. Juliette earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education in 2022 and spent three years teaching high school English at Northwest Baptist Academy before transferring to Loyola. Her background in English education fostered a deep appreciation for accurate and engaging storytelling.
This influence continues to shape her approach to journalism today. Before finding her place in broadcast journalism, Juliette was an award-winning writer whose work was published in local publications. Writing remains her first love, but she has embraced
the opportunity to explore digital storytelling through video, photography, and sound design. She believes each medium has the power to reach audiences in different ways, elevating stories beyond the printed word and connecting them with wider communities.
At Rambler Sports Locker, Juliette has brought her passion for creative storytelling to the field. Under her leadership, RSL has expanded beyond its traditional studio-based format, encouraging student journalists to meet stories where they naturally unfold. She believes that every story has a setting and a medium that can bring it to its fullest potential.
Through these changes, Juliette has helped expand RSL’s audience while introducing fellow student journalists to new tools and approaches to multimedia storytelling. She is also a
member of the Alliance for Women in Media, where she continues to engage with and learn from women working across the media industry.
Her work reflects her belief that great journalism begins with a great story, but finding the right way to tell it can make all the difference.
